These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "User," or "Player") and eljl Casino ("eljl," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the eljl website located at eljl.org and all associated services, games, and features offered therein (collectively, the "Platform").

eljl reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your eljl account and the forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) eljl account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. eljl employs technical and manual measures to detect multi-accounting, and any accounts identified as duplicates may be closed without notice, with balances subject to forfeiture.

When registering your eljl account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid Philippine mobile number.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current.
• Keep your eljl login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify eljl immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your eljl account, whether authorized by you or not, except where such activity results from eljl's own negligence or breach.

All financial transactions on the eljl Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). eljl supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as specified in the eljl cashier section and may be updated from time to time.

By making a deposit to your eljl account, you confirm that:

• The funds deposited are from a legitimate source and are not proceeds of any criminal activity.
• You are the authorized holder of the payment method used for the deposit.
• You are not depositing funds on behalf of any third party.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name and previously used for deposits, subject to eljl's anti-money laundering verification procedures. eljl reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

eljl is not responsible for delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, banking institutions, or telecommunications networks. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited instantly; bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed on the same business day subject to banking hours.

eljl offers various bonuses and promotional offers to its members from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements as communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• eljl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to bonus hunting, arbitrage betting, or collusion, will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per household, IP address, device, or payment method.

In the event of any dispute regarding bonus eligibility or wagering requirements, eljl's decision shall be final and binding.

All games available on the eljl Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

eljl uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that all game outcomes are fair, random, and independent of previous results. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are as specified by the respective game provider.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, eljl will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the eljl Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the eljl Platform.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering or other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing eljl staff or other members.

eljl reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, forfeit all balances in such accounts, and report the matter to relevant Philippine authorities including PAGCOR where required by law.

eljl is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all its members. We recognize that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care to our players seriously.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit to your eljl account.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, eljl's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your eljl account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

eljl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if eljl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

eljl does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. eljl is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by your reliance on information obtained through the Platform.

You may close your eljl account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending verification requirements.

eljl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you or a third party on your behalf.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.
• Extended period of account inactivity as defined in eljl's dormant account policy.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, eljl reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, eljl may forfeit the balance in accordance with applicable regulations.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any dispute arising between you and eljl in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such dispute.

eljl operates in compliance with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any regulatory complaints may be directed to PAGCOR through its official channels.

eljl reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, eljl will notify registered members via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the eljl Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the changes take effect.
